In my travels in the craft beer world, I inevitably ended up on Twitter. Through meeting such awesome twitter personalities like @HopSnobbery and @LipstickNLager, they informed me when moving to Ohio, I must get in contact with @Bacon_And_Legs, as she was a reputable craft beer personality in the midwest, and that she is!
We decided to hit up Craft Beer Bar in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Neither of us had been there before, so it sounded like a good place to meet up and try some wonderful craft beers. The town itself is gorgeous, and the bar is beautifully set along Front Street, which just oozes vibe.
When I walked into the establishment, it was about 6pm on a Tuesday evening, so things weren't really hopping yet; but you still felt welcome the moment you walk in from the greeting of the bar staff to being seated by your server. I found @Bacon_And_Legs in a corner booth, accompanied by her awesome husband, Tim.
We checked out the beer menu, which was varied and vast. I started myself on a North Country Buck Snort Stout. A very light stout (if there was such a thing) with hints of molasses.
One of the appetizers we ordered was a soft pretzel plate, complete with garlic butter. Probably some of the best soft pretzels I've had in a long time. Perfect density and flavor, without too much crunch. The compliment of the butter was divine.
Both @Bacon_And_Legs and her husband ordered the same meal, the Beef and Bacon Meatloaf, stacked on top of white cheddar mashed potatoes and Italian bread, smothered with gravy and fried onions. They were kind enough to let me try a taste, I now love meatloaf.
It is quite clear if you are looking for a good meal and beer selection, make your way to Cuyahoga Falls and check out Craft Beer Bar!

Overall the entire evening was fun filled and amazing. I consider them the first friends met since moving to Ohio, and couldn't think of a better duo to meet up with. Be sure to follow @Bacon_And_Legs on Twitter for an excellent blend of beer, food, and pop culture!
